Daphne has been co-director of several educational projects in El Salvador and is a supporter of the Amún Shéa school. She lives in Alaska, USA, but has spent considerable time in El Salvador over the years. “PEOF is a pathway to a brighter and more peaceful El Salvador.”
Michelle Martin Romero – Treasurer, Board of Directors
Michelle is a researcher and professor by day and a 24/7 hopeful dreamer committed to co-creating a more equitable future. Michelle began her time with Amún Shéa as a nutrition education volunteer in 2012. Most recently, she served as president of PEOF from June 2020 to August 2025.
